I am making my sister’s boyfriend a DVD for his birthday. My sister has mini-DVDs that she used in her Canon NTSC DC100 camcorder. I’ve looked all over the camera to see if there was any slot that I could use to plug a connector in so I could plug it into my MAC and take the video off to edit in Final Cut.
I’ve looked all over online and have only been able to find ads for the camcorder, and two programs that requires putting the disc in the slot loader.

I know how to do it if I had that cord to plug into the firewire slot, but it doesn’t appear that:
A. my sisters camcorder comes with that cord, and
B. if it did and my sister forgot to give me the cord, there is no way to plug it in.

I have to have it done by Saturday the 25th (which is when the party is), is there any other way, without putting the Mini-DVD into the CD/DVD slot loader (did research and 9 out of 10 answers said do not do that), that I can get the video off the mini-DVD.
